Encanterra breaks ground on the first phase of homes

Encanterra Queen Creek

The elite community of Encanterra has broken ground on the first phase of homes. It has been a long wait but it is finally happening. Encanterra has sold most of the golf course lots in the first phase and are moving on to the interior lots quite well. The reason for the great reception on the model homes is that they are offering some great deals on the homes. Some of the models are 35% to 40% of the base price.
